Worst location On Friday April 24 I was in the drive thru - the worker scanned my app once for payment and said it didn’t go through- scanned it a second time and said it didn’t go through. His supervisor came over and said that they have issues with it and they payments were not working. So then I paid with my debit card. After leaving, I checked my online banking and all 3 transactions went through. I went back and they told me there is nothing they can do because the owner isn’t there and they weren’t seeing the transactions. I showed them the charges and still no help. I called back this morning and they are saying the same thing. You are scamming your customers

They have the perfect location for people to go in every morning on their way to work. But the quality of the food, my God. Disappointing to say the least. Coffee taste like it’s watered down even the dark roast. They don’t understand your order. They make you repeat your order like 3 times because they’re going to fast and don’t listen. Just annoying.

this tim’s sucks, nobody cares, nobody gets anything right, one lady today proceeded to forget my lettuce on purpose in my crispy chicken sandwich, so it was pure bread and chicken, so i sent it back, she threw a piece of lettuce in it and proceeded to make a fresh sandwich of mine for herself, i’ve gotten burned stuff, wrong stuff, undercooked stuff and even old stuff, never amazes me how every time i go it gets worse
