This is my regular spot for coffee ☕ The service is always fast and the place is very clean, but the best part is definitely the staff. They are so friendly, polite, and hardworking. You can tell they really care about their customers. They always greet you nicely and make you feel comfortable. It’s not easy to stay so positive while working, especially when it’s busy, but they do it so well. I truly appreciate them! 🥰❤️❤️❤️

If i could give negative stars for service I would. Guy that takes your order should be fired. Never coming back here

No efforts from the female young worker! heights of laziness! I have worked in ontario , never said no! Cannot provide service, cannot put new pot on! Is this service team horton is providing! Owner should concernning about workers behaviour! Look for the sale for sunday , check video footage how customer refused the service

No effort from young female team member! No steep tea, no bagged tea, no side milk! Its 5pm ! Its is the height of laziness ! No effort to even ask that you can wait we can put new pot on! I have work in Tim Horton’s for two years and we never said no definitely that can be wait, but never know that we are not going to provide any service to you. No, not even any options.

We ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts and a muffin. They made a mistake in both drinks and the muffin. Had to wait to get the drinks redone and guess what, mistake again on a drink. Sometimes you want to be give a chance. They really deserve the bad reviews. Do better !!

Nicest employees, the drive thru is so fast, I think I ordered paid and got my food within 2 mins max. Best timmies in the south shore
