Quite bad branch. The espresso machine is never working. The service is quite bad, the place always looks like it needs cleaning.

It doesn’t deserve even 1 star! We arrived in the middle of the day and they told us that the kitchen is closed and we can come back in 30 minutes… the lights were on so I don’t think that they had any kind of power shortage, it looked like they just decided to take a half an hour break out of nowhere…

The cashier guy with foggy glasses serve horrible experience to everyone, the way he’s fretful, he was throwing hands when i took couple of seconds to think about my order. Afterall, no thankyou no merci nothing. Careless management. 👎🏼

All I wanted was a good vanilla iced coffee after having a long day and the first order did not taste anything like what I normally get. However this wonderful worker who was working today the 2nd of May at 6:30pm in a blue smile cookie shirt blessed my day with excellent service and the most delicious iced vanilla latte I’ve ever had. Whoever he is needs a raise! Sadly I didn’t get his name but he looked to be middle eastern and with the description stated above. Bless his soul and if you want a good vanilla iced coffee/latte go to this Tim’s!!!

This Tim has no sence of organization. The service is so slow. The bagels are always burnt. Stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 mins then another 10mins waiting for my bagel. Saw the bagel sit at the bottom tray for 10mins getting cold and dry. Eventually asked for my money back. Terrible place considering its in the "famous " dix/30. Since the business has become American these once great coffee shops have become a dump now!

Stopped here on tuesday to go to the toilet and get something to eat. Toilet was FILTHY. I just stopped today (sunday) and the toilet is literally the same, even the toilet paper on the floor is still there, 4 days later. So, i take it they don't even clean their toilets, which is disgusting. Apart from that, its a tim hortons like any other.

Its the worst tim hortons i ever been to, the young man with the small beard was unpolite and would look at me but not even come take my order. If not a 1 star i would give 0
