This Tim sadly became the worst ever. They never have ANYTHING left. Legit anything. And they get annoyed with you when you have to rethink your order. I live 2 min away from there and I now avoid it at all cost. They also take forever to take your order and only the English girl in her 20s at drive through is always nice and knows how to smile. She’s the only one deserving of a good review.

Stopped by this Tim Hortons in Brossard on a Tuesday evening with a couple of friends after dinner, and honestly it hit the spot perfectly. The french vanilla cappuccino was exactly what I needed, smooth and not too sweet, just like I remembered from years ago. The staff were quick and friendly even during what seemed like a fairly busy stretch for a weeknight. It's a solid spot to wind down with good company when you don't want anything too fancy.

Ordered a coffee and an order of toast. Usually when you say an order of toast it means 2 slices. I was served 1 toasted slice of bread. When I brought it up to the person at the cash taking orders she said that I ordered 1 toast and was charged for 1 toast. I left the order there after paying $5 didn't even drink my coffee. Employees need more training. I will not be going back to this Tim.

This place is not so bad if compared with other branches, at least they have the espresso machine working in the mornings. The problem is during the afternoons, they stop cooking muffins and donuts very early and stop preparing sandwiches or pizzas many hours before the closure, despite the menu screens showing them.

I used to like this particular Tim Horton's - spacious and nice design, with the iconic hockey stick door handles. But today, when I arrived around 6:30 am craving a donut, there were no donuts available. None at all. And there was no toilet paper in the men's toilet. When I mentioned this, a staff person went to put a roll in the container but in such careless way that the paper stayed beyond reach. A bit dissapointing though the service at the counter was nice and another staff member was later helpful about the toilet situation.

​45 minutes for four undrinkable coffees. The wait time had me like ☠️, and the coffee itself was completely sour and rushed, meaning it all went straight into the trash. Shoutout to the sweet middle-aged lady who was carrying the entire team on her back today, but the rest of the younger staff were completely incompetent. It's clear management has abandoned this location when it comes to training and leadership. Save your time and go to a different coffee shop.

Very bad experience. I ordered a large ice coffee no ice. Got half a cup. When I asked why, they told me it’s was their policy. At least the guy did not argued when I cancelled my order.

I tried to redeem my points on the app but they said I couldn’t and the scanning doesn’t work. Whats the point in using the app then . And no customer service skills. I waited at the front and just received stares from the staff . At least tell me to wait a few minutes

One of the worst Tim I have ever seen service extremely. The services is 0 employees don’t bother to listen to the customer it’s by far the worst if I can put 0 star that what it’s worth
