Exceptional service from staffs, I’ve been here many times and enjoyed their good sandwiches/coffees qualities as well as their hospitalities! Most importantly, the store owner named Reza is very professional and friendly toward clients. 100% recommended this outlet!

Weekday mornings are smooth — the service is quick, dependable, and the older ladies running the place clearly know their stuff. Weekends, though, are a whole different vibe. It’s mostly teenagers working, the service falls apart, and it’s hard to tell whether they’re short‑staffed or just completely disorganized.
