At this tim horton all staff is racist, first time i felt very scared at tim horten, i am sikh guy with turban, all staff was laughing at me. The guy who served me he was very angry when he served me, and he was cleanig the walls then he came to serve me without washing hands, owner can check cameras, friday 27 march 2026. Time, 9:54. Shame all you guys, we are not going to live forever on earth why you all have so much hate.

Normally I have a good service at this tim hortons but my experience today warranted a blatant one star review. They rush you to complete your order at the drive thru and once at the window, I asked if I could add a timbit because I had forgotten earlier and the guy said “on peut pas ajouter, on est chronométré ce matin”. Once I paid and received my order, I was checking if all my items were there (basic human thing to do especially when sometimes they forget to add all items), and I heard a guy in the back yell “QU’EST-CE QU’ELLE CHECK?!?!”. I was absolutely shocked by this behaviour, does tim hortons not train their staff on customer service??

Brocken table coffee dropped on us , employee don’t care much , talking laughing between each other feel like a disrespectful place , anyway never again on that location ,a lot of employees a lot of client I just don’t understand why they are careless, the worse part the counter for the donuts and muffin Is disgusting dirty the counter top full of dust I tried to take a picture but won’t show because of the light reflection

The worst Tim Horton ever seen very dirty and the quality of the food very bad I have payed almost 9$ for a bagel with cream cheese and I added extra lettuce and tomato and payed for the extra and that what they gave me

Classic tim Horton food but very bad staff i come here everyday staff is very noisy staff with music playing in high volume staff is very in the front you have to wait 5min so they can get your order i think the management has to check this place
