I was in rush,vused drive through empty line and ordered a cappuccino and paid. Instead of serving at the window, they told me to move my car to the front side of the building. It took many minutes and I finally had to come out of my car and walk inside. 3 employees and there was only 1 customer sitting inside! They finally brought my order and I did not take it. I asked for a refund because my time was waisted a lot... The manager, Foad, or Faod, tried 5 times behind cash and could not issue a refund. I didn't gety coffee and had to rush. They stole both my time and money! I bet when the service is a miserable as such the hygene and the quality of food is much worse. No wonder there was only 1 customer inside.... Be careful where you choose to buy your daily snacks and coffee. It wasn't my 1'st time there, but definitely my last....
