I ordered a medium french vanilla and a fruit explosion muffin. Simple. I got my coffee right away and it was perfect. One of the cashiers asked me if I got my muffin yet and I said no. She then ignored me for a solid 15-20 minutes as I was standing there waiting for it. It was fairly busy but all it takes is maximum 10 seconds to grab it and put it in a bag to hand over to me. I finally got the attention of someone else behind the counter to get it for me and he immediately got it. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to get a muffin! It should be given to me as my transaction is processing. Coffee is great but service sucks!
