I’ve been to this tim 10 times in the last year each time leaving unsatisfied. But this one really bugged me. They always make you wait on the side wich blocks all the parking and is really disturbing but it wasn’t that bad. Today I went an hour before closing and the guy said he was cleaning everything so he couldn’t serve me food. He just said come back in 15 minutes like I have this time to lose on waiting for this minimum wage employee to do the bare minimum. This is really outrageous and this restaurant should close.

​Extremely disorganized. Even after deciding to order through the app to avoid the usual long wait times, our experience was disappointing. Despite picking it up ourselves, the order still wasn't ready when my husband get there. To make matters worse, two out of the three bagels we ordered were completely burnt (see attached photo). Very poor service!

When i usually go to tim hortons i sometimes ask for a cup of water and they never charged me , this is the first tim hortons that charged me 15cents for a small cup of water with half water inside 😂 cheap . Like atleast give me a bigger cup and fill it to the end .
