​Extremely disorganized. Even after deciding to order through the app to avoid the usual long wait times, our experience was disappointing. Despite picking it up ourselves, the order still wasn't ready when my husband get there. To make matters worse, two out of the three bagels we ordered were completely burnt (see attached photo). Very poor service!

When i usually go to tim hortons i sometimes ask for a cup of water and they never charged me , this is the first tim hortons that charged me 15cents for a small cup of water with half water inside 😂 cheap . Like atleast give me a bigger cup and fill it to the end .
