Yesterday I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and sausage in it. They forgot my sausage. I was alittle upset but ate it. Today Joel can on the speaker and recognized my voice and apologized they realized that I didn’t get the right bagel yesterday. He said I will make you a replacement! WOW! 🤩 this is taking care of your guest. I felt appreciative. Good work 5star guys.

I received an e-gift card from my company and the cashier did not accept it. She even asked me " what is that " when I presented her a printed copy. I would like management to get back to me as I drove to your location and left with nothing.
