We were a groupé of 25 so service was not great not enough personal, and it was a holiday so its normal in those circumstances. All the employees were great but next time when they anticipate so many clients the team should take this in consideration.

I’m a regular client here and i called to book a reservation they confirmed it and i arrived on time, on my arrival i was told the kitchen is closed the manager with tall hair extremely unprofessional.

We requested the quietest table they had (difficult, I know) for an 89th birthday. We had an onion allergy (not anaphylactic) they took very seriously, and were quite accommodating. It was my first time to this Keg, and a while since any as it felt like the quality had dropped. This was superior. Medium rare Filet Mignon, with twice baked tater, fried shrooms, and snow crab. Waitress was wonderful, but I think she may have got distracted - it was busy; she forgot a side of fried mushers, and a drink. They brought both eventually, and didn't charge us for the drink.

I’ve got mixed feelings about this place. Everyone was very kind, ESPECIALLY the lady at the counter, she was wonderful. We were seated immediately as I had a reservation (you need one with how full it gets) and the food was good but it stops there. No parking. It’s always full and we had to park a good 3 minute walk away. The tables are so close together when the restaurant is full you are almost forced to jump into chairs and tables to get around. Our server (though extremely nice) came once throughout the evening to fill our water and that’s it. The vegetables were extremely under cooked they were practically raw. Overall the food was good but I’ve practically the same food at the fraction of the price in other places.

The staff were nice and knowledgeable.I love my teriyaki steak medium well. Definitely a good place to go. The tone of the paint in the restaurant is dark. I had a baby with me who likes light so it was not pleasing for her 😅

Imagine arriving at 10pm, when the restaurant closes at 11pm, only to be told that the kitchen is closed, but you can have a drink. Close at 10pm then.

The place was good atmosphere the service was good (all the waitresses almost naked) I asked for medium cooked steak and it was not served like that. They didn’t have variety of vegetables and also the order was uncooked. The opinion of the food was asked after we call the bill. The “manager” said that he can cook one more time the left over steak …. Ridiculous! Honestly I have been in other Keg and Stake and when we did not order what was served the waitress immediately changed the order (in Toronto) Just so you know the next morning I wake up and all the steak eaten o vomit out of no digestion bcs it was not cooked properly.

We ordered the prime rib and peppercorn new York. The peppercorn was really great, the prime rib, however, was basically microwaved and served lol. It was totally flavorless and not cooked as expected, on a pan or grill. Reading other reviews I can see that they have an issue with prime rib cuts. They need to grill or sear each cut before serving to solve their issue.

Great experience, food & service has been amazing each time i went. They were late once to seat us & they offered us complimentary appetizers. Very friendly & not a long waiting time for the food. Nice place & decor as well. Definitely recommend

Edit February 2026 I keep getting blown away with the quality of service Keg servers give. Stephanie was superb and she made sure we enjoyed our night, we had a great steak and amazing service! Keep it up. Edit February 2025 This place keeps getting better and better, we were served by Camilo and he was amazingly extraordinary, serving wise and he knows his stuff . Edit March 21 , one word. Pamela was so satisfyingly enjoyable , she’s good at what she does , she’s cute, she’s quick, she’s accommodating ! Thank you Pam 4 month ago 👉🏼 The keg is always a good atmosphere and a place to have a decent steak. Mathiew was amazing, it’s good to be back outside and enjoy freedom. The keg never disappoints, especially the one in Laval, all respectful, accommodating. I got the New York steak and lobster 🦞 combo, with the famous potato 🥔 can’t go wrong. Bottom right in the pics.
