Placed an order over the phone for pick up around 19h00 PM got there at 19h15 PM food wasn’t ready… waited over 20 mins on site to get my food while people were ordering and getting their food before mine ? Not sure what took so long … very disappointed

I just ordered my food from the most non-verbal disrespectful woman from the cash register. I was trying to order for my daughter first and I mentioned the item on the menu. It took her 5 minutes to find it on the computer and all the while I’m asking her questions about it to see if I could have the rice on the side. She looks at me and says “No, tout ensemble.” So I tell her to take it off and just give me a fried rice and an extra bowl of white rice for my 2 year old daughter. She starts yelling that I need to make up my mind and it took her long to find it and blah. How is that on me? And no one else was in the store and no one was preparing any food, and I still hadn’t payed cause she was taking her sweet time with figuring out the computer. I had half a mind to throw the whole thing away. If you can’t speak French or English don’t come to serve and speak to people at the register. And if you have problems with people that aren’t the same race as you, go hide under a rock cause you chose the wrong career woman. Never coming back! Horrible people, be warned!

Food is actually good, but the service completely ruined the experience. The male employee working at the counter was extremely unfriendly and difficult to deal with. Trying to apply student discounts or promotions became a whole argument for no reason. We were a group and wanted to pay together while each using our own student discount, but he refused and insisted only one could be used, without even trying to understand. He seemed annoyed the entire time, walking around the register and ignoring us instead of helping. On top of that, he didn’t even take all our orders properly — he started preparing food before finishing taking orders, completely ignoring one of my friends until much later, which delayed us unnecessarily. Really disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if that employee is working.
