Ordered a fish fried rice tonight and I literally don’t see any fish! Only rice and the basil. This is totally a scam.

The staff working at 19:44 at the cashier is an excellent resource to the company. My order’s not supposed to be ready until 20:00 but I was there early. He checked all the orders at the back of counter and packed mine extremely quickly. I got my order 15 mins earlier! That is some too notch service for a fast food chain! Thankyou!!

I arrived at around 9 pm in night and did an order. It took more than 30 mins to get it though there was no crowd. Other customer coming after me got their food earlier .Upon asking the person on front desk was not helpful and rude.

We tried Thai Express and it was honestly the worst meal we’ve had in a long time. The staff was nice, but the food was unacceptable for an $80 order. Our fried rice was basically plain rice with a few pieces of meat. The beef was bitter, had no sauce, and tasted nothing like Thai food. The Sacré Basilic (no egg) came with rice that tasted old. The two beef fried rices had no tomato, no flavour, and maybe three pieces of beef each. Thai express is our family’s favourite, but this experience actually made us hesitant to order Thai again. I’m usually generous with reviews, but this was just terrible. We will never go back.

Service is very bad.I went there 15 june with two of my friends in the afternoon but the guy who was in cash he did misbehave with us.His language isn’t good.He don't know general manners.

I had a wonderful lunch at Thai Express in Québec! The food was both generous in quantity and excellent in quality—truly satisfying. The restaurant itself is a quiet, comfortable place to enjoy a meal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
