I order and picked up the food… it was on time and the service was very good!! The food was delicious, the pieces were generous and beautifully prepared. Two young people served me on Tuesday… they were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend…& will be back Much much much better than the old owners👍🏼 Keep it up 🥂

Oof… I can see why that experience left such a bad taste. Walking in just wanting a simple order and being met with “it will be long… we have prepacked sushi” before you even say what you want is incredibly dismissive. It shuts down the interaction right from the start, and honestly, no customer should be greeted that way. When someone can’t even take a moment to acknowledge you properly or hear your order, it feels like you’re being pushed away rather than served. And the fact that you were only asking for two sushi types and a miso soup makes the reaction even more absurd. Your shock makes total sense. If you want, I can help you turn this into a clear, firm, and professional review or message to the business—something that gets the point across without sounding over the top. Or if you’d rather just vent, I’m here for that too.
