My favorite thing here is the sushi rice. The Japanese rice is fragrant and sticky, the grains are firm but not mushy, and the sweet and sour vinegar is perfectly balanced. Many places make rice that's too strongly vinegary or too bland, but here it's incredibly balanced, highlighting the sweetness of the toppings. A truly refined culinary experience.

The staff here are wonderful. Super friendly and respectful. Our server even joked, 'No pay if you don't like it,' which was a nice touch. ​As for the food, the sushi was decent, but I found the freshness didn't quite match the hype from other reviews. The miso soup was also tasty, but the shrimp were rubbery. Still a good meal, but I guess we went at a bad time.

The food was incredible!!! Portion and taste were divine! The manager was absolutely the sweetest I adored her hospitality and kindness you can tell she puts her heart into every dish! Our server was attentive and friendly I don't think he ever stopped smiling lol Strongly recommend and will be back!

First time eating from Rosa and the sushi was amazing. Did takeout and they put the same effort into making the food look delicious and appetizing as if sitting down in the restaurant. They treated me very well with engaging conversation and made me feel valued. Definitely recommend to go there!!🍱😘🧡

I never write reviews but I was blown away by sushi rosa. I order something online that they didn’t have, not only did they replace it but added seaweed salad and extra sushi pieces. Amazing service and food (I find good sushi hard to come by in mtl)

I had a wonderful experience here! I ordered the seafood ramen, and it was absolutely delicious — the ingredients were generous and very fresh. The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

The food was delicious, but the service here was a perfect 10. The server was very nice; when they noticed our group had ordered a bit too much, they proactively reminded us to avoid waste. As a result, the whole group ate just enough and were very satisfied. Very thoughtful.

Gonna be real.. the rice krispies don't add much to the dish. They aren't even crispy, which I assume is the whole point of adding them. I appreciate the creativity put in them though.

This is an absolute trap. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. I hope we won’t get sick from the low quality food. We didn’t finish most of. Should’ve known the place was terrible as soon as I saw the miso soup without miso…

The sushi here is absolutely excellent, incredibly fresh and flavorful! The service is equally superb. The waitress even advised us we were ordering a bit too much... and she was absolutely right. The final order, after adjustments, was the perfect amount of food! Overall, we had a fantastic time and were very satisfied. Highly recommend this restaurant!

If you're a sushi lover, you absolutely must try this place. The fish is incredibly fresh, each piece perfectly sized, and the flavor is exquisite. I was especially impressed with the service; the waitress gave us very precise recommendations for portion sizes, ensuring we had a perfect dinner. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is delicious, and the service is professional. It's definitely worth the money!

Not great sushi, very gimmicky with the robot server. Something doesn’t add up from the quality and experience compared to the reviews listed. Seems suspiciously perfect which was definitely not the case. Aside from the food and ambience the service was great.
