The menu is diverse with many creative sushi options, each dish meticulously decorated. I was extremely impressed with the special wraps; the sauces were rich and incredibly delicious. The seafood was so fresh, as if it had just been caught, it melted in my mouth. The restaurant's atmosphere was cozy, creating a relaxing feeling that truly reflected Japanese culture. It deserves 5 stars for both the excellent food quality and the attentive service.

The sushi here is truly fresh and delicious, with thick slices of fish and a naturally sweet flavor. Each sashimi piece is beautifully presented, looking very appealing and professional. The vinegared rice is perfectly seasoned, with fragrant, chewy grains that perfectly capture the traditional Japanese taste. Especially noteworthy is the rich and flavorful grilled eel; once you try it, you'll never forget its delicious taste.

I had a wonderful experience at Sushi Restaurant Rosa. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of rolls and sashimi to choose from, and everything tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the visit. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both a casual meal and a special occasion. We were genuinely surprised by how incredible the food was. We ordered the Assorted Chef’s Choice along with the Shrimp Tempura, and it was an absolute treat. The quality was top-notch, and the owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back — this time with our children!

What a beautiful gem to discover! Sushi made with love - fresh, delicious, elegant. The presentation is lovely with real flowers. Music and aesthetics were pleasing. The owners are kind people. This becomes one of my favorite spots for sushi in Montreal.

Not only is it the best sushi I’ve ever eaten but my entire time in this restaurant was a wonderful experience. From then beautiful flowers you can see around the room to the presentation of the food. The kindness of the chef to the lighting. We stopped in for supper on our way to a concert at the Bell Centre on Saturday and were very pleasantly surprised. We hadn’t checked any reviews — we were simply looking for a quick, reliable spot after being disappointed by another restaurant earlier that evening. From the moment we walked in, the service was professional and efficient. We were seated immediately, given menus right away, and since we already knew what we wanted, our order was taken without delay. Within about 20 minutes, we had our 44 pieces of sushi at the table, ready to share. It was also interesting to see them using technology — a small robot delivered the food to our table, which was a nice touch. The presentation was clean and attractive, with decorative flowers. The sushi itself was tightly rolled, fresh, and full of flavor. My only minor issue was that I asked for extra wasabi and it didn’t arrive. The server may have simply forgotten. Not a major problem, as we had ginger and soy sauce, but worth mentioning for fellow wasabi lovers. Overall, a solid, quick stop for good sushi before a concert. I would recommend it.

We recently placed a takeout order for about $200, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Even as takeout, the presentation was impressive. Each dish was thoughtfully packaged and beautifully prepared, which made it feel like we were enjoying a dine-in experience at home. The service was excellent as well. One item was accidentally left behind at the restaurant, but as soon as we called to let them know, they handled it immediately and professionally. Even though we live about 15 minutes away, they sent the missing item to us by Uber at no extra charge. That level of customer care really stood out and showed how much they value their guests. Overall, fantastic food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great meal and a restaurant that truly stands behind their service.

It's a decent little spot, the food was ok, definitely not great but wasn't terrible. My wife and tried combos which were chefs choice of combinations of Maki, sushi, nigiri and others. The rice was overcooked and the flavors were kind of plain. They also rolled Maki in what looks like Rice Crispies which I found kind of odd. We tried this place because it was close to our hotel and the rankings were higher, but not sure why. They should also try cleaning the glass holder for the candle they place on their platters, it was on the side, away from our food but not pleasing to see once we noticed.
