The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, and there isn't too much starch. I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich and the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive. The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.

The service and food were excellent, yet the prices were incredibly reasonable, suitable for all budgets. The staff were quick and attentive, always refilling tea and offering enthusiastic recommendations. A wonderful dining experience, I will definitely return soon to try more dishes.

Highly recommend. Delicious, fresh food. Fried sushi was hot, cold sushi was fresh, rolls were fully packed, and the flower decorations are just stunning—I personally have never seen that at a sushi restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Very warm and kind service went well above and beyond as well. They thoughtfully helped us celebrate our friend's birthday as well. I will certainly return and highly.

Solid sushi. Took awhile to get our food but we weren't in a hurry. Once it arrived, you can taste the freshness of the sushi. Will try again if we are ever in Montreal again.

We had a great late lunch/early dinner here today. The food was delicious. We especially liked that the roles were light on the rice but still had lots of crab, lobster and salmon. We started with the spring roles and wonton soup which very nice as well. The service was wonderful too. I didn't get their names but both the chef (male) and the owner (?) (female) were very friendly. We had such a good experience we will probably be back before the end of our trip.

I just had a very enjoyable date night here. Sushi Rosa's ambiance is cozy, sophisticated, and extremely clean. The soft lighting and beautifully presented dishes, like works of art, made the meal much more enjoyable. The staff were very polite and attentive. I will definitely be back!

A fantastic culinary experience! The biggest plus point of Sushi Rosa is the freshness of the seafood. The salmon sashimi slices are thick, succulent, and melt in your mouth. In particular, the rice rolls are creatively prepared, with a rich sauce that doesn't overpower the natural sweetness of the fish. Definitely worth trying if you're a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine.

I had an amazing experience at Sushi Rosa. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with great presentation and high-quality ingredients. Every roll tasted delicious and well-balanced. I go every 10 days there with my kids for the last couple of months. Always smiling, great decoration of food. Quality ingredients and always tailored to needs (my kids are difficult). Very well located close to bell arena. Great price value made with care. Simple and worth it. Not for snobbish people: keep it simple!

I tried the sushi at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The experience was even better thanks to the amazing service we received from Vanessa, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Definitely a place I would come back to, both for the quality of the food and the outstanding service.

The portions were so small it felt like I paid full price just to get a sample. The rolls were barely the width of my index finger. On top of that, the food didn't taste fresh. The rice was mushy. I honestly don't understand how this place has a 4.7 rating. Unacceptable. Stop ripping people off.

The line cook didnt show up to work today. Bad day i guess but the service to me was great. They gave me a discount for making me wait just about 2 mins. Id would come back tho
