Sushi Rosa is truly one of my favorite places for sushi. The fish is always incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Every bite feels carefully prepared with attention to detail. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I always leave feeling satisfied and impressed. Definitely worth coming back again.

I was very impressed with the service at Sushi Rosa. The staff were gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable about different types of fish, providing excellent advice to customers. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded during peak hours, the food was served very quickly and beautifully presented. I will definitely be coming back many more times.

Tried Sushi Rosa in Montreal and had a great experience. As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated how seriously they took my gluten allergy staff were attentive and careful, which made me feel safe eating there. The sushi rolls were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality sushi and a place that genuinely cares about dietary needs.

The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, and there isn't too much starch. I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich and the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive. The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.

Highly recommend. Delicious, fresh food. Fried sushi was hot, cold sushi was fresh, rolls were fully packed, and the flower decorations are just stunning—I personally have never seen that at a sushi restaurant. Very reasonable prices. Very warm and kind service went well above and beyond as well. They thoughtfully helped us celebrate our friend's birthday as well. I will certainly return and highly.

Solid sushi. Took awhile to get our food but we weren't in a hurry. Once it arrived, you can taste the freshness of the sushi. Will try again if we are ever in Montreal again.

We had a great late lunch/early dinner here today. The food was delicious. We especially liked that the roles were light on the rice but still had lots of crab, lobster and salmon. We started with the spring roles and wonton soup which very nice as well. The service was wonderful too. I didn't get their names but both the chef (male) and the owner (?) (female) were very friendly. We had such a good experience we will probably be back before the end of our trip.
