Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I paid nearly $40 for sandwiches that were shockingly poor in quality. The sandwiches were extremely thin, barely had any sauce, and the quantity of ingredients was nowhere near what you normally expect from Subway. You can clearly see it in the photos — they looked cheap, poorly made, and far from the standard Subway sandwiches. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called the store to explain the issue, and instead of listening or trying to help, the employee became defensive and insisted that I was wrong because he made the sandwiches himself and “knew what he put in them.” The photos speak for themselves. On top of the poor food quality and bad attitude, the preparation time was also unreasonably long. I definitely do not recommend this location. There are much better places to spend your money.

0 stars. Ordered sandwiches at this subway location with specific veggies and sauces, and they still managed to mess it up. Barely any veggies, almost no sauce, and they completely forgot the olives in one sandwich even though they were clearly in the order. What’s the point of customizing if you don’t actually get what you asked for? Really disappointing. When i called them its look like they don't want to talk and keep phone on the side.

My subway app was compromised and someone was able to order a sub from this location and charge it to my credit card (I don't even live in Quebec). When I called the location to let them know all they said was "he has already picked the sub up, we can't do anything". I will let the police handle from here. When I called my credit card I was told the merchant (YOU) should have cancelled on their end as it was still in "pending" status.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. The staff was mean and not welcoming at all, which made the visit uncomfortable from the start. The service was slow, and my sandwich was poorly made. They only put three black olives in my sandwich, which is unacceptable for something I paid full price for. On top of that, I was charged more than expected without a clear explanation. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh either. The place was also dirty — the tables were not cleaned, and the floor looked messy. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, pricing transparency, cleanliness, and food quality

Owner is cheap with vegetables and charges 1$ for sauce on the side. Most subways I visit are not this cheap. Hopefully this helps them change there strategy.
