Employees are nice but this place is wayyyy too slow expect to wait at least 15minutes in the drive thru, inside even worst

My last experience here was so bad that even though I lost what I typed the first time around, I’m typing it up again. Worse experience at a Starbucks I’ve had in the last 10 years!! There is this new barista (brown hair, tanned skin) that is super rude! My husband and I went a few days ago, Saturday or Sunday evening I believe, and he ordered a venti caramel latter with an extra shot of espresso with whip cream and extra caramel sprinkles and instead got a grande - mistakes happen no problem so we kindly told her we said venti and don’t mind paying the difference. She gave us a ton of attitude and then proceeded to just dump the contents into a venti cup and hand it back to us….my husband was like hmm the extra shot of espresso but you know what whatever, just the topping at least - she’s like - it’s in there!!! Refused to put back the topping…why would you pay for a topping mixed into your coffee. Anyways abhorrent service. Only reason I have it a two status is because there is one other older barista that is absolutely wonderful

I love the location of this Starbucks since it's very convenient for me. The quality of the service is hit or miss, but the ambience is really nice. A great place for a coffee date.

They never give your drinks the same time give one drink then wait 15 to 20 minutes for the second one what's the point to go with my daughter for simple hot chocolate and coffee. This has happened twice never again will I go

coffee was good but the barista was rude and condescending. she seemed fairly new because she was confused and refused to speak english. this was at 5pm on wednesday, starbucks should do better with who they hire.

Nice place for relax conversation here Got breakfast ..lunch and some desserts 🍨 in menu as usual At certain hours, it gets super busy here both inside and outside coffee shop Parking a bit difficult though every time 😕

This is a Starbucks located off the service road of a busy highway that is always very busy. Fortunately there is ample staff to provide the service to keep the flow of customers moving decently. Staff is bilingual which is appreciated.? Prepared Beverages were piping hot and well made by the baristas.

Not satisfied waithing in line for ever service slow and then problem with the machine to pay not amazed after all never again...very sad they send us a email to get a free cup with a drink and they don't have it wow not cool
