very bad service , I just went there to buy coffee for 24 persons and the employee just slacking off. Ask for cream , milk and sugar. she gave me like less than the quantity. Also , where the hell are my cups?! Did she forget that I need CUPS??? Very bad service, compare to last time my visit was more enjoyable but this time very bad. I won’t recommend to go there anymore If I have the choice, I would go to Tim Horton or MacDonald to buy coffee, at least their service is better

Do you remember Flash Slothmore from Zootopia? The one who gives really slow service? Well, he’s pretty efficient compared to the slow, incompetent baristas at this Starbucks who take 25+ mins to complete orders. I should order my pumpkin spice latte right away so it’s ready on time for autumn…

Pretty ad service. We were there before closing and the barista said that we shouldn’t go so close to closing time. Really? She was rude and entitled.

This people work there are frustrated, the lady dont know how to make a cappuccino, my wife have to go back inside to ask to make again, and also was so impolite, zero smile, keep your problem at home lady... 01/06/26 18:05

I shouldn't even put 1 stars the service was horrible. I was literally ordering my drinks and as I was speaking, she just walk aways to talk to her colleague like there's was no one waiting! We will never recommend to go there

most useless staff I’ve ever seen. Waiting 30-40 minutes for a coffee should not be a thing. I don’t know what management is doing. Terrible service terrible everything. Don’t come here.
