Horrible customer service! The white barista working Friday night around 6 PM refused to wear her name badge and displayed clearly racist behavior. She guilt-trips customers despite never apologizing herself, humiliates people, tries to have the last word, and doesn’t even greet customers. She also films and takes photos of customers without their consent. To deliberately frustrate clients, she would leave the counter and go into the backstore, making it difficult for customers to get service. Her behavior is intimidating and aggressive to the point that customers feel forced to leave their trash on the table just to avoid being insulted again. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and creates a hostile environment
