I ordered a $210 dinner for 10 people. I ordered it 1.5 hours (6:30om) before the dinner time to ensure little delay. After THREE hours (9Pm) the food was not yet ready. I called THE RESTAURANT and they not even cared or tried to minimize the issue. It took me another 45 mins to be able to cancel the order on UBER.
