Very disappointing experience. We ordered Kadhai Paneer, but it had a strong burnt smell and did not seem fresh at all. When we informed the staff, they were uncooperative and dismissive. We chose not to eat the dish and clearly communicated that we didn’t want it, even though we were willing to pay something for it. Despite this, they charged us the full amount without any consideration or discount for the poor quality of food. Overall, very unprofessional service and a frustrating experience.

The food is delicious but a little tricky if there are folks in your party sensitive to hot peppers. The chai is apparently « machine-made » so not worth ordering. Very friendly helpful service and lovely space with comfy hot pink booths.

Had an amazing experience at Shaaz! The food was absolutely delicious - full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every dish really stood out. What made it even better was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service!

We waited a while but the food was delicious. Waiter suggested the Rogan Josh with mutton, it was rated very spicy but it was not, just a perfect taste. Boneless chicken Biryani was also fantastic. We took home leftovers. We will return!

We went for Lunch on Labour day in 2025. The food was great. Very nice ambiance. Servers were great too !! Will come back again for sure!!❤️❤️ Changing my review as of March 18,2026 as the old Shaaz doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Today we went and sat for more than 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. The server didn’t bother to come and take our order whereas people coming after us almost finished their food and about to leave. Customer service is the front part of your business, and if that primary need doesn’t get catered cause your server as she said “ I forget” then maybe it’s high time to change your server and bring people who care about actually serving people!!!!!! We finally left without having food as the customer service made us lose our appetite!!!

We had a fantastic dining experience at SHAAZ Restaurant. The food quality and taste were truly impressive. We started with the Mutton Paya soup, which was rich, aromatic, and full of deep flavor. For starters, the Chilli Chicken was perfectly spicy and crispy, and the Haleem was thick, smooth, and very authentic in taste. For the main course, the Dhaba Style Chicken Curry was outstanding with its traditional spices and homestyle flavor. The Nalli Nihari was the highlight of the meal – the meat was extremely tender and the gravy was rich and delicious. It paired perfectly with the soft Garlic Naan and freshly made Roomali Roti. We also enjoyed a refreshing Mango Lassi, which was creamy, sweet, and the perfect drink with the meal. The restaurant atmosphere at SHAAZ was warm, clean, and very welcoming. A special thanks to our service staff Akshitha, who was very polite, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. We finished with Shahi Tukda, which was sweet, creamy, and absolutely delightful. Overall, an excellent experience with great food, wonderful service, and a lovely ambiance. Highly recommended!❤️

Great food and a wonderful dining experience overall. The Telangana Spicy Chicken and Desi Hakka Noodles were absolutely fabulous. The service stood out just as much as the food. Akshitha was especially welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this place.

Very overpriced for the poor quality and small quantity. The food was just average and not worth the money. Only a few pieces for a starter, which is not enough. The place had no proper staff, poor cleanliness, and a bad smell. Overall it feels overhyped and was a waste of time
