Got absolutely lost in the flavours!! Every bite was bodacious,feral, bold, and unapologetically vibey, like my taste buds booked a one-way trip to spice heaven. This place serves straight-up flavour fireworks: funky, fearless, ferocious and dangerously delicious. 🌶️🔥

Delicious food with an Amazing ambience. exceptional service by Shree. Despite being so busy they handled the customers and the perfectly cooked food was served. Especially Mutton items.

Food is good but online ordering isn’t open and it takes atleast 10-15 tries for someone to pick up the phone and take an order. Why run a business if you don’t like getting business

I am terribly disappointed with the quantity and taste of Chicken 65. I just ordered it and it is overly salted and the portion size is a trick. It is 3/4 of the regular container for the same price as their biryani. I should have ordered the biryani because of the price atleast I would have had the rice to soak up salt. I cannot believe that Shaaz would do this. As a customer who values traditional food, this place is terrible with portion sizes for delivery. Paying 20 dollars to receive something that even Tim hortons would do a better job! I would advise the store owners to do better rather than telling people not to come here. I enjoyed other platters but for the chicken 65, I would rate 0/10 for today. The portion seems full but the box is very flat and small.

Online ordering sucks, neither they take order over phone nor their website works. They push to Uber Eats and force us to pay extra money intentionally.

The food here falls short of my expectations. While I have visited Shaaz in Toronto before, this establishment does not seem to offer the same quality. They previously served Hyderabad Zafrani Legacy, but this restaurant does not come close to that style of cuisine.

Took out 4kg ( Chicken & Lamb ) Kattapa Biryani. Heard good reviews so wanted to try it out for a small party. The masala(base curry) was stale and smelled a lot when the package was opened especially on Lamb biryani. Called the restaurant but it was sad to know they couldn’t do anything about it. Will skip it next time. 2 star for the quantity.
