We liked the varieties in shaaz restaurant,we ordered kheema donne biryani and it was so yummy, the thickness of mango Lassi is soon good,without any artificial colour.

I am extremely disappointed with the food taste, food quantity, and customer service of Shaaz Montreal. The Staff working at Shaaz Montreal is very arrogant and careless with their customers. I placed a pickup order and all dishes I ordered were vegetarian. I picked up my order and drove back home which was 1 hr drive. I found out that they have given me chicken biryani and chicken starter, thank god I did not eat. How careless staff is that they can make such a big mistake and when I called to the restaurant, the employee with whom I spoke was so arrogant. I asked her to refund for my order and she denied for it instead asked me to pick up my order next morning. What a terrible customer service. After that I asked her name and he refused to give her name multiple times. I have never seen in the Ontario that restaurants have policy to don’t provide name of the front staff. I asked her to connect me with her manager on the next day that also she refused. Basically, employee was not willing to help at all. Next day, I gave a call back and asked to speak with manager for refund and at that time there was a different employee. Her name was Jessica, after asking multiple time she provided her name. After multiple calls she told me that her owner has processed a refund and this was on Saturday. I did not receive refund yet even after almost a week. I am not concerned about refund but this is more about the customer service you offer. Owner of this branch really needs to learn lessons and teach staff not be arrogant and careless with customers. Shaaz Montréal is spoiling reputation of Shaaz Restaurant and I will definitely never go to Shaaz Montreal. Attached are the photos of the chicken dishes.

It’s my fourth time that I eat there and it’s always the same tasty food and good service 🩷I love the Indian food and I think that it’s the best restaurant that can a non Indian person like me discover the real traditional food of this amazing country ❤️thanks a lot 🙏 excellent service by sukhwinder

This is my fourth time dining at Shaaz, and it never disappoints! The service is consistently excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. ​Our family favorites are the Telangana Spicy Chicken Mandi, which has the perfect kick, and the Desi Hakka Noodles. We also never leave without ordering the Cheese Naan—it’s a must-try! If you’re looking for authentic taste and top-tier service in Montreal, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The Kadai Chiken was Amazing, the mango lassi smooth , very cozy atmosphere and Sukrinder treated us very nicely. Definitely will recommend.

I loved the Veg Manchurian fried rice with chili naan and the cozy ambiance. We had a great service from Sukhwijder, thank you for the delicious meal!
