LAMB PIRZOLA: lamb chops (4) size became much smaller than last year. We completely understand that food prices have been gradually increasing, from 34 last year to 40 now. However, if the restaurant continues to make up for its profit margin by reducing portion sizes, it will be very disappointing. One of the best things about coming to Saray is being able to truly enjoy a hearty meal. Before, we could hardly finish everything on the plate, but this time, even after finishing it, we still felt it was not enough. Since both of us felt the same way, it does not seem to be a matter of a change in one person’s appetite.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes concernant nos côtelettes d’agneau. La viande est un produit naturel dont la taille peut varier d’un animal à l’autre. Contrairement à des produits standardisés, il est impossible de garantir une dimension identique à chaque service. Nous effectuons néanmoins un suivi quotidien avec nos fournisseurs afin de maintenir une constance dans nos portions. En revanche, tous les accompagnements sont rigoureusement contrôlés en cuisine. La quantité de boulgour, de pommes de terre maison, de pain maison, de la sauce maison, ainsi que l’ensemble des salades est standardisée afin de vous offrir la même quantité à chaque visite. Par ailleurs, nos côtelettes d’agneau AAA n’ont jamais été offertes à 34 $, comme vous le mentionnez, mais bien à 37 $. Pour ce type d’établissement, avec une telle qualité et une telle générosité dans les accompagnements qui font la réputation de Saray, il n’existe pas d’établissement proposant une offre comparable à un prix aussi bas que le nôtre. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Had such an amazing experience. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was incredible. The dishes were full of flavour and absolutely delicious, and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming the whole evening. The ambiance made the dinner even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting for a great dining experience.

Easily in top 3 restaurants I’ve been to! Service was impeccable, food was flavourful, portions were generous and prices very reasonable. I recommend this place to everyone! Will definitely come back.

We recently visited the restaurant and had a very nice evening. I ordered a steak and was disappointed. Ordered it medium and got it well past well done. We'll be back in the future as I don't think one overcooked steak on a busy night should define this restaurant. Everything else we ordered was fantastic and with the steady flow of people coming to eat you can tell this is a top notch spot. Looking forward to my next visit.

It was a trek to go to this place but boy was it worth it. We ordered their Sultan for 2 people along with fries and baba ghanoush. The portions of Sultan were really good but I wish they had given more baba ghanoush. The bowls were tiny and it barely had anything. The meat was really juicy and tender and all the sides were delicious. Our servers were really sweet but I wish she had told us honestly the size of Kunefe, although it was scrumptious, it was too much after such a huge meal. We would have ordered only 1 if we knew how large they were. But they did give us lot of boxes to carry left overs. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

They made me wait 35 minutes for just a chicken wrap, the waiter told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, the restaurant was only 2 tables full and they both had already had their food, a chicken wrap will never take 35 minutes!!!

It's a pretty cool restaurant. I like the decor and the vibe. It is pretty and inviting. I've been here a couple of times and ordered four different dishes and each of them was good. The desert is also nice. The people are great.

Beautiful resto, delicious and fresh food, and very friendly staff. Really big portions, had enough to take home for the next day. Only down side is that they don't serve alcohol. Would be nice to have a glass of wine with their amazing food.

Everything at Saray Restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere truly made you feel like you were in Turkey. The service was outstanding, the food was incredibly delicious and very clean, and the presentation was beautiful with elegant dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Our waitress, Ema, was especially amazing and provided top-notch service. Their Turkish coffee was also very high quality and just as delicious as the food.

First time here and we had a good dining experience. We did not make a reservation and decided to walk in, on Sunday noon. The tables were about 90% full and we were lucky, we got assigned to a table in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is huge, clean and bright. Two groups of people were celebrating their birthdays while we were there. We spent around 1.5 hours there, including waiting time for the food to arrive. We ordered 'SULTAN designed for 2', though it could be a big set for just two of us. The food was fantastic and I would say I like the good size. The bread that came with the set was very delicious. Meat was cooked very well, tasted very juicy. Enjoyed the huge portion of salad. The golden house potatoes were great too. Everything in the set blended well and I would say, this set was a good option for us. At the end of our meal, we ordered a dessert 'kunefe'. Our first time trying out this and to our surprise, it tasted wonderful. At first, we thought it would be too sweet to our liking, but it wasn't. This dessert definitely made our meal more complete. For drinks, we went for Turkish tea and coffee. The tea especially, it came with free refill and by having it together with our meal, that was very soothing, and made the whole meal not too heavy for us. This restaurant has a very good ambience and is beautifully set up. The staff are extremely friendly. Definitely a great place to enjoy a meal / have a gathering / celebrate an event. One small thing to comment, it would be better if a specific waiter / waitress could be assigned to take care of a specific zone. There were quite a few times during our visit where we needed some assistances, we needed to wait for the staff to come to us. This isn't a big concern, but could be something that makes the whole dining experience even better.

Saray Restaurants is a true standout. The food is rich in flavor, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. The staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. A perfect place for a memorable dining experience - highly recommended.

Unbelievable staff and food! I had no idea what to order, my server was a lovely young man and knew exactly what I needed! A little taste of everything! It was incredibly delicious, definitely recommend.

The food is good but I want to mention a point about the cashier. The girl standing behind the cashier behaves very oddly . We did not have reservation but there were free tables. However the cashier told us there is no free one and after a while when I referred to one of the tables and asked if that is free she told me yes it is free and we can sit. All that time despite of knowing the free tables she did not let us sit
