Food is really good but you have to book appointment in advance and you can’t increase number of people if you want. Everything must be planned
Reviews / Ratings for SARAY RESTAURANT
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options on the table. Everything was well prepared and satisfying, making it a perfect start to the day. Just make sure to reserve online through their website beforehand.
I’ve been to Saray Restaurant twice now… once for dinner and once for brunch… and both times felt like stepping into a slower, more intentional way of eating. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is very calm… soft Turkish music playing in the background, a spacious room, and these beautiful, intricate details everywhere. Even the plateware and tea sets caught my attention. I’m not even kidding… it made me want to buy all my homeware in Turkey. It also feels like a close-knit place. The employees move like a family… comfortable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Both times I went with my friend Farzy, who invited me to help her film some content. I’m a hand model and a huge foodie, so we always end up mixing a little work and a lot of eating. The first time, we ordered the Sultan dinner to share… and it’s a full table experience. Adana, chicken wings, beef cubes, chicken skewers… served with rice, bulgur, golden potatoes, salad, and their house sauce. The potato wedges were perfectly cooked and seasoned… crispy on the outside, soft inside. The side salads were fresh and flavorful, which balanced everything really well. And honestly… I couldn’t even pick a favorite meat. I loved them all. It’s the kind of meal where you slowly realize you’re full… and yet you’re still reaching for another bite because it’s just that good 😭 I might have had to unbutton my pants at the table… don’t judge. What stood out to me most though was the feeling of the evening. Turkish tea on the table, warm food, and no pressure to rush. Tina, our waitress, was so kind and attentive… it made everything feel easy and taken care of. We ended with homemade künefe… warm, sweet, slightly indulgent, and the perfect way to close the night. The second time we went back for brunch… and that’s when I really started noticing the intention behind everything. We had the Turkish breakfast, which comes as a full spread meant to share. Eggs, cheeses, sausages, breads, spreads… but what made it special were the small details. The olives are imported from Turkey, and they even grill the green ones… which I didn’t expect but loved so much I finished them all and didn’t leave any for Farzy… oops 😅 . The butter is made fresh, the bread is baked fresh, and the jams are homemade… we had two and both were so good. The fresh squeezed orange juice was also a highlight because who doesn’t love fresh juice. Even the honey is locally sourced from Quebec… they drive hours to pick it up. You can really taste the care in everything. Nothing feels rushed or generic… it feels thoughtful. If I had to describe Saray, I’d say it’s not trying to be trendy… it’s rooted in culture, in food, and in slowing down. It honestly made me even more excited to visit Turkey one day… but for now, this felt like a really comforting introduction. I’m just a foodie who loves trying new spots and sharing my experiences. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendliest hostess with a big smile. Once sat and ordered, the food came quickly. All fresh and delicious. Service was great throughout our visit. We are returning customers and always recommend this restaurant. Thank you for your consistency.
Super 👍
My new fav Turkish breakfast
It was so nice and the ambiance was good. The service was so nice and the personnel was very professional and welcoming.
We’ve had an amazing Iftar in Saray! Everything tasted super delicious.
You step onto the red carpet and instantly feel like the star of your own evening. The soaring ceilings, warm lighting, and immersive Turkish music and visuals transport you straight out of Montréal and into a slice of Türkiye. The menu feels familiar at first glance, but every dish carries a distinctive Turkish twist that makes it memorable. I tried the ravioli—completely different from the classic version, yet incredibly flavourful and satisfying. It’s a great spot for a business lunch, a family gathering, or any occasion where you want something a little special. And if you’re celebrating a birthday, they even have a catchy tune that adds to the fun.
Nice and perfect place to have the feeling of traveling to istanbul. Food is great and taste turkish 100% good. Music is a little loud but the atmosphere is great
A wonderful dining experience — delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and a warm atmosphere. Saray Restaurant never disappoints Number one in Canada

They were kind and was super compentent
Excellent !
The food was exceptional. But not only that Elias made our evening the best one in a while. He was the absolute best, the service was impeccable. He helped with all our inquiries and questions and was very kind. Thank you Elias!!
Just a small comment: the mixed grill wasn’t as usual, but I understand it might be because of the Iftar rush. Also, I think dates shouldn’t really be charged for 😁. We’ll definitely be back again!
It was one of the best breakfast restaurants in Montreal .
I felt I was back in Istanbul! Very authentic Turkish breakfast and experience!
Was first time, came with family for ramada iftar, loved it especially the service 5*. A prayer space would be a big improvement. thx
The wait was long but it was completely worth it. I did not know you could eat like that in Montreal ! The food was incredible, from the meat to all the side dishes. Also, our waitress Chanel was so sweet. Thank you for the amazing experience!
A real Turkish experience with amazing Food
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. I’d definitely come back. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but overall it was a great experience.
I will 10000% go back!!!
