super cozy vibe and cool neighborhood spot to chill.. staff is nice but the service can be a lil bit slow during the dinner rush. food is js okay, nothing special for the price imo. def room to improve the quality but it is a decent place to hang out

Excellent place excellent food. Look to my previous review on other restaurant. Once I left that place, I googled and came here. I ordered similar plate, lamb chops. Huge difference in freshness. This place is excellent, fresh meat no extra spices that losses meat taste. I recommend this place. My one hour extra drive is worth. Thank you and hope to maintain quality chefs and servers.

We had a lovely time. The ordering was easy and the staff was very kind. The food was delicious and the vibe was very pleasant. I will definitely return to try some new things. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time. The overall experience was very nice and enjoyable.

This is my second time here and it’s really good. The only critique I give is that the meat is overcooked. Aside from that the flavours are fantastic. As a first time client I highly recommend the tasting menu for the appetizers and the sharing meat platter. The desserts are divine.

Even though they did not have İskender, It was great Turkish food. I also should phrase that it was one of the most expensive Turkish food that I had so far in Canada .

I had a great experience at SaRay. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, the food tasted fresh, and the presentation looked nice. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure everything was going well during the meal. The service was fast and organized, even when the restaurant was busy. What stood out the most was the teamwork between the employees. Everyone worked professionally and treated customers with respect. It created a comfortable environment and made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend SaRay to anyone looking for good food and good service and I would thank zenat who take care of us and make sure that we had everything very professional and friendly

Bonjour, Aucune commande de déjeuner n’a pris une heure à être servie. Nous sommes le 10 mai, jour de la Fête des Mères, et le restaurant était rempli à pleine capacité avec une file d’attente importante. Malgré cela, aucune commande de déjeuner n’a dépassé les 30 minutes d’attente, ce qui demeure un très bon temps pour un établissement qui prépare une cuisine fraîche et servie chaude. Il est également dommage de constater que, venant de la même région de Turquie que les propriétaires du restaurant, vous ayez choisi de nuire à l’image d’un restaurant turc avec trois avis négatifs au lieu d’un seul commentaire constructif. Nous comprenons parfaitement qu’une attente puisse être plus longue qu’à l’habitude lors d’une journée exceptionnelle comme la Fête des Mères, mais trois avis négatifs pour la même situation nous semblent excessifs.

LAMB PIRZOLA: lamb chops (4) size became much smaller than last year. We completely understand that food prices have been gradually increasing, from 34 last year to 40 now. However, if the restaurant continues to make up for its profit margin by reducing portion sizes, it will be very disappointing. One of the best things about coming to Saray is being able to truly enjoy a hearty meal. Before, we could hardly finish everything on the plate, but this time, even after finishing it, we still felt it was not enough. Since both of us felt the same way, it does not seem to be a matter of a change in one person’s appetite.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes concernant nos côtelettes d’agneau. La viande est un produit naturel dont la taille peut varier d’un animal à l’autre. Contrairement à des produits standardisés, il est impossible de garantir une dimension identique à chaque service. Nous effectuons néanmoins un suivi quotidien avec nos fournisseurs afin de maintenir une constance dans nos portions. En revanche, tous les accompagnements sont rigoureusement contrôlés en cuisine. La quantité de boulgour, de pommes de terre maison, de pain maison, de la sauce maison, ainsi que l’ensemble des salades est standardisée afin de vous offrir la même quantité à chaque visite. Par ailleurs, nos côtelettes d’agneau AAA n’ont jamais été offertes à 34 $, comme vous le mentionnez, mais bien à 37 $. Pour ce type d’établissement, avec une telle qualité et une telle générosité dans les accompagnements qui font la réputation de Saray, il n’existe pas d’établissement proposant une offre comparable à un prix aussi bas que le nôtre. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Had such an amazing experience. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was incredible. The dishes were full of flavour and absolutely delicious, and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming the whole evening. The ambiance made the dinner even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting for a great dining experience.
