The food is absolutely delicious. The trout is a must-try. Have the mocktails, the lavender one is delicious. The roman lettuce appetizer is tasty with a caramelized grill mark and fresh Caesar dressing. The service is sweet, polite and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the decor and seating, it’s not much of a vibe.

This restaurant saved me from starvation after a long day of traveling! I hadn’t had a proper meal all day, so you can imagine how happy I was when our dinner finally arrived. The teriyaki steak was delicious and incredibly satisfying...a hearty meal that hit the spot, especially after a long, tiring day with an empty stomach. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I ate it like my life depended on it. At that point, food wasn’t just food....it was survival. 🤣 The salmon was also a lovely treat! The coconut milk gave it a unique flavor that was new to my palate, but I really enjoyed it. Both dishes came with a good amount of vegetables, which made the meals feel fresh and well balanced. All in all, it was a great dining experience, even though we enjoyed it as a hotel delivery rather than dining in. Good food, happy stomach, and one less traveler on the verge of becoming a walking zombie. Definitely a satisfying meal after a long day! 😆

Food was very good, service was slow; even after we told our server we had a show to go to, still took another 15 min to get our main course, had to rush, that part wasn’t pleasant. We were there for 2 hours, had to take the dessert to go.

Had an amazing birthday dinner here! Food and staff were amazing, had the potatoes, lobster ravioli, beef tartare and squid! Would definitely come back and try more dishes :)

We tried the table d’hôte/3 services for 45$. Loved all 3. Service was great. Portions were fine for me but might be too small/not enough for other people. Sparkling water wasn’t great but they did not charge for it

We had such a wonderful evening here. Every dish was both beautiful and incredibly delicious. Everything on a plate was there for a reason. The pork was honestly one of the best we've ever had. The mussels were absolutely amazing, and the trout completely surprised us—that's the style of fish I could eat all the time! Lori, the sommelier, was fantastic. You can tell she loves what she does, and her passion for wine shines through when she talks about it. I still feel cautious about Quebec wine but the pairing she suggested was spot on. A big thank you to Penelope, who made our evening so enjoyable with her warm and attentive service. And just in general watching how all servers moved around the restaurant and substituted each other in non rushed and at the same time effective way created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Before we even left, we already identified other dishes on the menu that we want to try next time. We'll definitely be back. And having no tipping was such a pleasant surprise—it was a refreshing touch that made an already fantastic experience even better. See you again Saison!

A dream night out. First the setting: it is simple, functional and warm without being overy snobby. The ambiance is conveyd by the québécois music, the customers all in a great mood and the friendly and efficient staff. The sevice: Penelope catered to our every needs, making sure we chose drinks and food we would love, and expertly explaining the menu with care and an awesome smile. The food: A-MA-ZING. I am still speechless. We took the 45$ table d'hôte, and we were served a local, tasty and original Ceasar salad for apetizer. Then came the main course: the best ever gravelaxed-smoked trout in a delicious creme, with bread & butter to die for. We were in heaven. Dessert was a strawberry cake with meringue and white chocolate mousse. It was perfect. We will come back to try the rest of the menu.
