This is the worst restaurant/service is 0 honestly was served by the owner !! Get there with 3 friends and get told we CANNOT only order 2 pcs of pies and 1 drink and when we asked why ?? Can’t we share here?? We are answered that this establishment is a high end restaurant and not a hang out !! What a joke and no professionalism what’s so ever ! And this is the owner !! And she’s giving us 2 minutes to change our minds and if we can’t afford to order 4 items then we are not at the right place !! What?? The place was empty - I wonder why ?? I expressed myself and gladly told her why her restaurant is empty !! Long story short: DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $$ there they DON’T deserve it ! My review a big fat 0

Worst experience ever. The Female owner was very very rude. She told me and my 3 friends that we were obligated to order 4 items minimum or she wouldn’t serve us. She rushed us to order 35min before the closing time. 3 out of the 4 of us were hungry and ordered each a cake. She replied with “If you afford it, then you can’t come here.” We placed the order and she walked off and never came back. She then came back and told us we were taking up spots for other customers even though half restaurant/cafe was empty. I do not recommend coming t here.

The takeaway portions are insulting for the price you pay. I understand shrinkflation but this is ridiculous Used to be good now just too commercial...better desserts out there for sure...and the service leaves much to be desired

I ordered the apple crumb cheesecake pie for pickup on February 14. The apples in the pie were completely raw and when I picked it up all the cakes had hearts for valentine’s day except for mine. I am very disappointed.

We went to Rockaberry on Sunday evening around 6:00 pm. It was a bit busy, but the service was very good and fast. Everything we ordered was great. The only small downside was the iced mocha ,my friend found it very strong, so she couldn’t really drink it. Other than that, everything was excellent and we had a nice experience overall. Would definitely come back!

This place in Laval has no food menu. Only desserts and drinks. The are also often out of apple pie and blueberry pie...we prefer the West Island locations as menu is appealing.

I’ve ordered to go and in person before. I’ve never been given such a small portion. The portions always filled the space of the container. They went from generous to following the expensive grocery trend. Little amount for a lot of money. Never again

One of the worst experiences. Brought my family and manager gave us bad looks the entire time, we decided not to sit at all. Very rude and we don't suggest this location. If owner is reading this, get a better manager. This was on Jan 11 2026.

Stopping in for a piece of pie they where sold Out we still sat down order Regular coffee it was Terrible tasted like water How did the service get so bad? I would put 0 however google does not have that option. I dont recommend this location.

Always loved Rockaberry Unfortunately, being now a diabetic, I cannot enjoy all those fabulous desserts anymore But, I still love the atmosphere 😀
