Unfortunately, this happened on two separate occasions. Our order was messed up twice, and the food was never sent. What made it worse was being told the delivery was “on its way,” only to have to call back 40 minutes later to find out it wasn’t coming at all, or received ice cold pizza after 2 hrs. Mistakes can happen — but honesty and integrity matter. A straightforward explanation and accountability would have gone a long way. Instead, the lack of transparency has completely eroded our trust.
