If I could give a zero zero star I would without hesitation. First off I walked in and they looked at me and starting laughing in their language with no customer service skill, RUDE and threw me the menu. I looked at their kitchen FILTHY DIRTY and food all over the floor. Vegetables thrown on the side not even packaged. I can just imagine how they serve their soups and plates to people. I wouldn’t reccomend this restaurant for pho soup ever! There’s other ones around the area which are clean and staff is great!! TRUST ME DO NOT GO HERE!! ThEY ARE NOT HYGIENE AND VERY DIRTY RESTAURANT!

Been coming here for at least 15 years and the service is awful. The staff is always rushing you, and they always treat customers like garbage, lucky they have a following. I always order the beef ragout and the lady informed me they don’t have on weekends even though I’ve ordered it many times on weekends, suggested something else when I said I was leaving and I said no thanks and left and they cussed me out. Food quality has gone down too. Make a MAPAQ report.

The service at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. I was required to sit between two tables, even though many other seats were available. The staff were discourteous and provided no assistance. In addition, a mandatory tip was enforced, and only cash payments were accepted. Diners should consider these factors before visiting.

The pho had a deep, flavorful broth with tender slices of beef and plenty of fresh herbs and garnishes—exactly how pho should be. The grilled meat over rice was outstanding: perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and topped with green onions and sesame seeds. The spring roll was crispy, and the fresh vegetables added a great balance to the dish. Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, and satisfying.

The pho itself is very good. The flavor is excellent and that’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. From the moment you arrive, you feel pressured to order quickly, eat fast, and leave as soon as possible. There is a strong impression that customer service has been forgotten in favor of maximizing turnover and revenue. Simple requests, like asking for more water, are met with annoyance and sometimes ignored altogether. On top of that, tipping is demanded in a very rude and uncomfortable way, which completely ruins the experience. It’s a shame because the food deserves better service. Good flavor alone doesn’t make up for feeling unwelcome and rushed.
