Unfortunately new staff in the kitchen did make for mistakes in our order but Alex the manager and Naomi the waitress were really proactive and customer service oriented. My daughter loved the meat sauce of her spaghetti, the desserts got good reviews. Now the burgers need improvement but still not bad some better than others. The fries are also very good . So all in all still a decent experience. For sure Alex and Naomi made the experience more agreeable.
