Online order took more than an hour to receive, food was cold and order was incomplete. Manager was saying she could'nt do anything, had to wait the day after for "main" manager or watever... never received feedback. Bad service. Do not recommand, plenty of better restaurants for the price.

The staff was lovely and accommodating to our inability to speak French. My wife’s poutine was reported to be delicious. My BBQ chicken was overcooked and dry.

Hands down the worst staff possible. 80 percent of my orders have had mistakes. Either wrong items or missing items. I’ve even asked very clearly when picking up orders if everything is right and nothing is missing, and the staff answers with utmost certainty that it is, only to find out that the order is wrong when getting home. A few errors on a very rare basis is fine. This isn’t the case here. The rate at which they screw up is unacceptable. Update: this is actually hilarious. I left this review when just picking up an order as they took forever to have it ready and made mistakes while i was there. I just got home and unboxed my pizza, and the pizza has a missing ingredient. You can’t make this stuff up. 😂

Unfortunately new staff in the kitchen did make for mistakes in our order but Alex the manager and Naomi the waitress were really proactive and customer service oriented. My daughter loved the meat sauce of her spaghetti, the desserts got good reviews. Now the burgers need improvement but still not bad some better than others. The fries are also very good . So all in all still a decent experience. For sure Alex and Naomi made the experience more agreeable.
