We were 5 adults. The server went to check out other tables next to ours and then hid in the back. Not ONE single person from the staff even acknowledged us, not even a hello, no one offered a menu. Won’t recommend this restaurant at all. We all stood up and left after almost 20 minutes of waiting to be even acknowledged. I believe the lady serving didn’t like we were speaking in Spanish on our table by the look on her face. We were visiting the area and decided to try a local place. Went to the Wendy’s across the street instead due to the experience. I’m sorry my French is basic, but I’m trying to practice, the rest of my family was visiting from abroad and don’t even speak English. I’d say horrible service, but we weren’t even served.

I was there for a breakfast/brunch. Had the omelette campagnarde which was a little watery because of the water from the veggies probably. The gluten-free bread was terrible, not toasted, no butter. Hard as cement. Putti g them in the toaster just for a short bit and buttering them right out of the toaster would have helped. Food was room temperature but I personally do not care. Just mentioning it for others who might care. One note though is that we were a group with only one server assigned to us. He was very nice and did what he could. Coffee was lukewarm and weak. Not the best place for breakfast in my opinion but for a group it was good because we were placed in a large corner of the restaurant near large windows so it was more private and everyone could be together.

This restaurant was easy to access from the highway, and the staff was pleasant. The food was usual for a chain and therefore pretty good. Our server was Audrey and she greeted us quickly, made us comfortable by speaking English. Audrey knows the menu well, and she kept our coffee full! The items we ordered were as expected. When it came time for our bill it arrived on time without making us feel rushed. I think Aubrey deserves more than 5 stars😉

We (2 adults, 2 kids) visited Drummondville last week and decided to try Normandin and we're so happy that we did. The staff was tremendous and sat us immediately. English speakers need not worry as several of the staff, including our awesome server Frederic, speak English. The food was very good (think a MUCH nicer Denny's) and we had several dietary restrictions that were considered. Frederic made sure all of the dishes were perfect and to order and he was incredibly friendly. I don't review restaurants but the experience we had at Normandin was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at Normandin!!!

Great place. Pretty much all French here, but the server struggled her way through taking our order. She was very accommodating and helpful. Food was excellent!

I wish I could go to minus ! Ordered and then waited 2 hours for delivery, then ...order wrong, cold and no help when we called during our 2 hour wait . Won't order delivery from here again

We were a large group and unfortunately had to wait despite our reservations and ended up being separated in two smaller groups. It was very noisy. The service and food were very good. We were happy to find free parking, despite it being very busy

A big breakfast menu. Something for everyone. Food was good. I wished the pizza and the tourtiere was baked slightly longer… can taste a tad undercooked but flavor was there.
