Overpriced, delivery takes ages, food arrives cold and smashed up, not worth it at all. I'll order elsewere in the future what I got wasnt even edible.

Today, we had a terrible experience with the waitress Carine. This is the second time we’ve encountered such poor service and attitude in our current living situation. She interrupted our conversation and was generally rude. Because of the awful service, I didn’t tip her, and she was furious. I don’t understand why people are hired without truly good service and attitude. It’s not fair that in this restaurant they treat Québécois customers better, because the service they receive is very different from that given to any other immigrant. Honestly, I like the food at Normandin, but I don’t recommend the one in Charlesbourg especially not with this waitress.
