Kalbitang was so good which made me think about those old days I lived in Korea. Jampong was terible, blank, seafoods were not fresh at all. Fried chicken was soo good . I loved banchans more 🤤 Waters was not so friendly, never smiled when brought out foods to my table.

The food is truly amazing. Everything is delicious and the presentation is very well made. The staff is very friendly and nice. Love going there!
Amazing Korean food in Montreal— by far, the most authentic, tasty and at a reasonable price. You won’t be disappointed!
GOMTANG!!! Whoever preps the gomtang here is the real MVP. Get it, enjoy it, savour it. It is sooooooo good. So glad we have this restaurant in Montreal. The banchans are always good as well and they rotate the selection it seems. Love it. Can’t recommend enough.
One of my favorite restaurants, the people working there are always so friendly and the food is delicious.
Everything was delicious, service very fast and friendly
Delicious and cheap 😋
Amazing food, everything was honestly delicious. It was our 3rd time and we thought everything tasted even better than the first 2 times. The menu concept has changed for the better as you get a soup, sides and a desert with the main dish you order. The service & staff was very helpful & friendly! 10/10
Great Korean food, huge portion for the price. My kids finished the whole plate of Bulgogi beef. Will come back definitely.
Mukja has always been my go-to spot, and after the renovation it’s even better. Everything was absolutely delicious especially “ jjukkumi bokkeum” is hands down the best dish on the menu. So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and absolutely addictive. So glad they’re back!
For the price it's worth, it's delicious and fulfilling! Good price. Portions are quite generous, staff is super friendly, and service was nice and fast (exceot when its packed). Taste wise, flavourful. They change the dessert everyday, which is good if you want to try their dessert menu. If you like sweet and spicy gojuchang together, then this spot is for you. I would recommend for sure the fried tofu and fried sweet potatoes. I'd recommend coming here with friends or on a date! Super cute ambience.
Big servings and awesome flavors on food! A must visit restaurant
Lovely environment!
Listen the portions are insane. I leave stuffed every time and with a takeaway box. You want a quick snack? Grab their fried tofu. Want a nice meal? Spicy Pork with 7-8 sides and a bottle of wine if you're feeling it. Every meal starts with a serving of hot tea and the staff are very friendly.
Food is great. Seafood pancake and beef short ribs 💯
Super delicious and not too expensive for all the food you get!! Loved the experience :3
Delicious food and great service!!!
Menu has improved and bigger space, although more expensive than before. Would come back!
Delicious food, good service!
Absolutely delicious Korean restaurant. Everything we ordered was fresh, tasty, well presented and came quickly. The workers are very friendly, kind and attentive. It’s our second time coming here, but definitely not the last. Everything in the pictures was about 75$ (tax and tip included) and we have leftovers!
Staff is very kind and friendly. The menu was very easy to read, had some nice options. The food came very fast and every item was delicious. The servings were generous Would definitely recommend if you are craving korean food
We’re returning customers, and this visit really stood out to us. Before the renovations, it was good, but it didn’t fully have a clear concept. After the reno, it really grasps the idea of a traditional Korean meal. It feels more complete. The menu honestly brought me back to when I lived in Korea. The new banchan selection is amazing, and the chef’s special menu feels like something you’d actually get there. The flavors taste authentic and comforting. When we arrived (Feb 18), it felt very busy at first, but it all settled down after. And honestly, a busy restaurant is usually a good sign — it means people know the food is good. Even during the rush, the servers were doing their best to take care of everyone, which we appreciated. Also, parking is super convenient since you can use the Marché Korea lot — it’s huge and only a one-minute walk. One of the best places to introduce someone to a proper Korean meal in Montreal. Definitely coming back.
Have been to Mukja for a while and their food never disappoints
