Thank you to the Manager who accommodated us as we didn’t have a prior reservations when we arrived to the restaurant. Thank you to the young lady who took care of our table as she showed a high quality of customer service from the beginning till the end. The food was amazing since I left Dubai and I didn’t had a real Lebanese food till today, thank you chef. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone who really wants to enjoy the Lebanese cuisine.

We were served by the beautiful and awesome Jennifer with the permanent smile and a scent of Lebanon. Made our experience the greatest and will be definitely coming for more than seconds. Go try it and it will not fail you. Food is delicious and a great variety. Ambiance is beyond beautiful.

The food is great like legit tasty but what’s up with the small quantity, i’m paying top notch and i get in return Samples? No lie order the kebbeh for example it’s like literally one spoon of kebbeh not just kebbeh even for the rest of the food. Do not recommend not worth it at the end.

Jaime was great, her recommendations and service was phenomenal, she made the experience 10x better. The food and atmosphere was also very nice, definitely recommended if you’re in montreal.

Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the table d’hôte was really worth it for the price (good portions). Our waitress, Jamie, was great! Her recommendations were perfect and she was super sweet :) Will be back for sure

Amazing food. I often come here. The food is delicious and so generous. We always end up taking the rest home. Today we came for my dad’s birthday and our waitress Jamie was amazing. She was patient, smiling and so helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at Mezze Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality. The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, amazing food and amazing service. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to again!

The frustration starts right at the entrance, and honestly, the reception situation just completely falls apart. There’s no one properly present to greet or guide you, and you’re left standing there for over 30 minutes wondering what’s going on. When I finally approached someone, the response was basically, “I don’t know, you have to wait until they come get you,” which is just unacceptable. No effort to help, no initiative—nothing. It really sets the tone for the rest of the experience. Staff avoid eye contact, and even when you try to engage, you feel like you’re bothering them. There’s a clear lack of care or accountability, especially from the front. Service overall is extremely weak—you practically have to chase down a waiter, and even then, they seem disconnected. The food isn’t anything special either, which makes the whole experience feel even more disappointing. At the end of the day, a restaurant is about the full experience, and when the reception and service are this careless, it just doesn’t work. Definitely not a place I’d return to
