We just had an absolute brilliant meal at Limbo… perfect night… Snowy Montreal…. Cozy dim lit restaurant… The service was immaculate… very attentive, when reading the menu to us, they painted a description of each dish… We ended up ordering 6 plates… annnnnnd… Tough to pick a favourite because not a single dish was a miss, but the beef tongue was the standout for us… bananas.. so good. We will definitely return with anticipation…

Extremely STRONG 5 ⭐️ recommendation! Everything about our dinner was great: - service: the welcoming and the service all along the dinner was present, caring, efficient - food: excellent. We tried the chef’s menu: an interesting mix of techniques, selected ingredients, creativity, balanced flavors and textures 👏 - atmosphere: nice decor, modern design, comfortable seating Last but not least: fair prices for the quality served. 2 feedbacks for the kitchen: (1) we couldn’t taste the truffle in the cheese, (2) the potato does not pair well with the fish (I’d have preferred mashed or grilled vegetables)
