Order a submarine had three pieces of pepperoni slice so thin you can see through steak not even sure it was steak was just awful and all the staff has changed definitely not the same atmosphere very disappointed. Thank you so much for your response that you can't please everybody your restaurants changed and not for the better unfortunately I will definitely not be going back there especially after your response you might want to take a look at what's going on in your restaurant

Hello Susan, Our submarines weigh roughly 2 pounds, we are always generous with our portions. It was definitely steak, we use sliced steak, the same for 30 years. We rarely get complaints about our subs, the only complaint is that people can’t finish it and require a take out box. The staff changes over 30 years that’s just part of any business. We work really hard and always do our best for our clients. Thank you In response to your answer: We are grateful for 30 years on the same corner and we are not even sure you have commented about our restaurant because we unfortunately receive bad reviews from surrounding La Belle Province’s. We are quite involved in our business and like any good owners we are there because we love what we do. We know exactly what goes on in our business which is why we have been here for 30 years. We cannot make everyone happy but we try everyday to do our best and we are always open for discussion to fix the situation if we are speaking about our restaurant.

A friend recommended this place to me, and now it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a bite. I’d heard great things about it, so I finally stopped by today to try their smoked meat platter and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was incredible, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The daytime staff were friendly and laid-back, which made the whole experience even better. I was really impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. Highly recommend giving their smoked meat platter a try or anything else on the menu!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Best Service & Excellent Staff – Highly Recommend! I recently stopped by the La Belle Province location in lasalle and I have to say, it was one of the best quick-service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was genuinely friendly, fast, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and were happy to help with my order. They even took the time to explain the different poutine options when I asked for recommendations. You can really tell they take pride in their work and in making customers feel welcome. The food was excellent too! The poutine was hot, fresh, and perfectly made — crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and that rich, savory gravy that La Belle Province is famous for. I also tried a smoked meat sandwich and it was packed with flavor. Everything tasted homemade and high-quality, which is rare for fast food. If you’re looking for delicious Quebec comfort food served with a smile, this is the place. The combination of great food and outstanding service makes La Belle Province stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommended! 👍

I used to enjoy this belle province. However today, I ordered a poutine off Uber Eats and I verified that the address is 100% this belle province, so trust me. Something in the poutine smelt and tasted like fermentation, rotten even like alcohol. I really hope I don’t get sick, thankfully I noticed 1 or 2 bites in that something was off. I’m scared, I have no idea what I just ingested.

Hello Elizabeth, Yesterday we served hundreds of poutines, I ate a poutine and somehow you got the only one that smelt and tasted like fermentation and alcohol? I know that if this was the case I would have had many many complaints all day. Our cheese is delivered fresh every morning, our sauce is made daily and our fries are cut daily. What you are describing is fundamentally impossible. We do invite you in to discuss this, because I stand by the products that I serve. Come in and ask for Niko 🍔🍟 🌭

Worst poutine ever tasted after eating the poutine I had diarrhea. Don't order poutine or hot dogs here I don't know if they put expired item but I went to the washroom all night really nasty food.

We have been on our corner for 30 years and have been doing things the right way because we respect our clients, our community and ourselves. I love the food at this belle province the only issue is hygiene.handling customers money then immediately touching the hotdogs without washing hands with soap is unacceptable,cashier should not be handling the food extremely unsanitary.the cooks should stay away from handling customers cash exchanges

Hello Gilles, I was the one working the cash all day yesterday and I washed my hands right in front of you with soap and hot water, dried them off and then proceeded to cook. We have a sink right in front of the clients to ensure you see us doing so. We take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously which is one of the reasons why we have been open for 30 years. We always wash our hands.

Last night we decided to stop by to have one of my favorite meals. We were greeted by the gentleman behind the cash who took our order he was quite pleasant!!! As we were waiting for our order we noticed how frequently the employees washed their hands especially after touching money and also after using cleaning products. The gentleman who prepare our order made sure that my order was exactly as i ordered and asked me to let him know how it was. I don’t usually write reviews but i needed to write this one to show our appreciation of our visit to one of our favorite places to eat!! Thank you guys, 👍👍👍

Wow! Super impressive, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with such warmth, a big smile from the cashier.. to quote my girlfriend “amazing vibes”.. lovely staff, friendlier and better hospitality than most full service restaurants in the city… Plus, the food, the same quintessential fare that was always a treat growing up as a kid from the suburbs, on weeknights when mom didn’t want to cook. This restaurant is what every restaurant aims to accomplish: a full belly of food that satisfies from first bite to last, a staff that’s so friendly you want to know their names.. Truly remarkable, such an unassuming gem. Thank you for keeping the culture that I love alive and well.

I visited yesterday last night at la belle. I ordered a submarine with poutine and it was absolutely delicious. The poutine cheese portion was very generous. The night shift staff really stood out super friendly, welcoming, and they treat you like a friend, joking around and creating a great vibe. I also loved watching them prepare the food right in front of me.

Prices here are extremely high. I understand inflation and rising costs, but compared to similar restaurants, this place is nearly double the price with no noticeable difference in quality. The food was okay, but definitely not worth what they’re charging. 20$ for a steamy trio Lafleur is 13$ and way better cleaner and theu actually use glove instead of a long nailed ungloved Indian. 4$ for a Fontaine drink that tasted like salty water.

Hello Common Sense, First off my team will not be spoken about in the manner in which you describe them. They are the best in the business and that is exactly why they work for us. My team are a group of incredibly hard working individuals who follow the rules laid out by our restaurant and by the MAPAQ and your comments will not be tolerated because they are unwarranted and racist. We wash our hands because that is exactly what is described by the MAPAQ guidelines:“Gloves can be used only if there is a cut, bandage, or nail polish or if you have a ring that cannot be removed, the best solution for maintaining cleanliness is consistent hand washing.” We will never wear gloves in any circumstances other than the ones described above because that would go against the very governing body that protects restaurants and the clients of those restaurants. As for our prices we are family run for 30 years and we have always prided ourselves on offering the best quality at competitive pricing.

Amazing experience today morning at la belle province of Newman. I would especially like to thank Daaa, who was very welcoming and kind to my grandmother. His warn smile,positive energy and joy for life truly stood out. He is polite, caring and very professional. Everything at this place is great the service the atmosphere and the food. Daaa is truly a perfect example of excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Everything is great and well done. You have amazing staff and excellent service. Thank you la belle province.

This restaurant is a great place for food in LaSalle. I ordered a submarine, and it was delicious. The night staff is very friendly and they talk like friends and joke around, which I really enjoyed. They even make the food right in front of you, which is great to see. The food is awesome, and I highly recommend visiting this place at least once.
