Ordered 4 items, cuttlefish tasted fishy, steamed rice balls tasted old and stale, dumpling and peanut was not even warm and they gave me the wrong order. 1st and last time for me.
Reviews / Ratings for Restaurant Impérial (Brossard)
the male waiters are okay, but thin Chinese waitress with short hair working there is always extremely rude all the time. You wave at the waitresses for help or to refill tea, that waitress prefers to talk with coworkers than serve customers, while the restaurant is completely packed with people at lunch time. I want to clarify that it is not the new female thin waitress that is rude, but the one who has been working here for a long time. Maybe she thinks she has seniority so she is extremely rude and gives preferential treatment to some customers and help them right away if they want to pay, but keep everyone else waiting. This restaurant really needs to fire that rude female waitress. If there is 2 lineups to pay, this restaurant should be smart and have 2 cashiers. When there is a lineup to pay, she also does not respect who comes first, she serves the people who want to serve first. And since I understand when she speaks Chinese to her coworkers, she also is not a team player and does not listen to her own teammates how to calculate the bill when she takes another customer before me. She can't even do the math right and does not follow internal policy of handling payment transactions. she is extremely poor attitude, does not refill hot water for teapot for customers, lazy and rude to customers but expect a 15-20% tips, COMPLETELY ridiculous. The resto should fire her. Other than her, while most waiters are not impolite or rude, there may be a room for improvement...but i know they may have a too high ratio of customers per server issue and may not be able help every customer. But good attitude goes a long way and would encourage customers to feel more satisfied and tip you more.
Top notch handmade, fresh dim sum that rivals the best in Toronto and Vancouver. Would recommend to go.
Pas bon, no good food
This restaurant has the most rude staff I have seen. They do not respect customers and their behavior is not professional. If you respect yourself and your dignity, I do not recommend going to this place.
He has potential, but the food is about average. When the restaurant is busy, don’t expect any good service
Bug found in the food. What else to say.
Had a great experience with my family of 5 at this dim sum restaurant in Brossard! First, I appreciate that there's accessible parking, then there are tons of dim sum dishes to choose from, they even put a Chef's Choice recommendations to guide us choose what's most popular. I found the waiters to be very attentive, as soon as they saw an empty plate, they would help clear it away so that we have more space. The room is big and spacious, great ambiance! Highly recommend!
Authentic Chinese food. Try the lobster with green onion, Cantonese fried egg noodles and eggplant in hot pot. Friendly service and reservation recommended.
Loved it ! Lunch on Saturday is busy , but well worth it ! Every penny ! Plenty , delicious, many many choices ,
Despite the notice saying they would be open on January 1st, the place was closed without explanation. Many customers, including us, were left waiting outside in the cold before eventually leaving. Children who came with their friends to celebrate the New Year were especially disappointed. Making a round trip from Montreal to Brossard for nothing was extremely frustrating. Imperial Brossard was a big disappointment.
