Busy night because of the Habs game, more like a bar than a restaurant. Food was excellent, had a lobster and chicken sandwich. Servers were not the most friendly but overall was good.

Love St Hubert, great food and atmosphere but service last night was awful. Our hostess was Arletys. It was like she forgot our table existed. It was impossible to flag down her attention despite trying to wave at her, make eye contact to get the basics like a drink/water refill, coleslaw or even order more or ask for the bill. Staff should be checking in on us while we dine to make sure we're doing well. We did not get that at all. We had to physically get up and go to her after trying to get help for 15+ minutes and on a few occasions, we had to ask other staff if they could help. We never got our coleslaw refill either. Thankful to one of the food bussers who brought me a drink refill. Overall, great restaurant and food, but our experience was really overshadowed by the poor service which made us feel frustrated.

We went on the bar side to eat, it took the server 40 minutes before taking any orders. It took another 20 minutes to have our drinks. We had no cowleslaw and had to argue with the waitress to have some and she ended up agreeing because there was 4 of us. In total we spend 1h15 minutes waiting for food and drinks. Server did not come at our table unless asked to . We simply asked for more sauce and had time to finish most our plates before she finally came back.We had no service at all. No refils on the water, no checking on us if we needed anything. We had time to stack our plates and clean the table before she finally noticed we were ready to go and it took another 20 minutes before we got our bills. It was insanely long and the whole time, the server was busy with chatting with her clients at the bar while completely ignoring us. This is the 3rd time we get bad service at this location. Very dissapointing. The food is good like always. The issue is the staff.

Have been going there for over 10yrs .. tonite had the worst experience on a take out order .. Will never go back .. Maybe educate the chef on customer service

Hadn't been to St-Hubert in a long time so thought we'd try again. We did the quarter chicken leg and the Thai skewer with poutine as a side. The skewer was good but felt a bit small for $27. The poutine upgrade isn't worth it either. It wasn't bad but there's much better place for poutine so wouldn't get that again. The quarter chicken was really good but not significantly better then Score's. Overall we liked our lunch but I do find Score's better and it's cheaper but glad we tried.

Excellent food as always! It got a bit noisy but otherwise a reliable choice any time I drive thru Gatineau. The piri leg dish is excellent with crispy skin. 👌

Daliane was very professional. Provided excellent customer service. Was very attentive made us feel that our visit was appreciated. Thanks to Daliane for providing world class customer service. Getting this type of customer service is hard to find this day and age

To be honest st hubert used to have decent food. Seems like the quality of the food went downhill and price went up.

Hadn't been to a St Huberts in many, many years...and was very pleasantly surprised! Much nicer ambiance than I remember, great menu selection and very friendly service. A little pricier than years ago, but I felt it was worth it for what they now provide 😊 (this was at the Gatineau location) Oh, menu was French only...but we managed lol

Came in during open hours, they were trying to say they are closed, then came back and said “oh we have no chicken” and then it was “oh the kitchen is closed”. I love the food, but didn’t get any.

Update: Went again and had a different server this time, Service was fine but waitress was oddly pushy for a tip! Had the interact machine ready to pay and waitress said "You start with a tip"! What? Asking for a tip now? Avoid! Been weeks with a promise to get a call from the manager regarding this issue but never called me. Went for the first time with my brother for a nice change, Had the typical classic chicken meals, We both loved our food and waitress was easy going and had a sense of humor. We decided to go back again since all was so good and enjoyable. This time we found our waitress had very pushy sales tackiets, Asked us twice if we wanted drinks, We said no both times, After ordering our dinners then pushed for desserts and coffee. This is find but she was pushy saying "Are you sure"?. To make this worse she never took her eyes of the debit machine when it was time to come to paying like she just wanted to see how much tip we were leaving. Did she really need to watch me use the debit machine every second? Wednesday Dec 10th 11:30 am ish Waitress about 40 ish with glasses and bad teeth! Food is 100% though! She kind of turned us off to our new lunch place to go!
