The employee called Rachel was an absolute sweetheart when me and my wife ordered our gelatos. She was incredibly helpful and even recommended us her personal favourites. She definitely made the whole experience a lot better. Totally recommend.

If a little boy tries is entering the place as the staff is about to close. Before the door is closed and when there are still clients. Would you refuse to serve the two little boys aged 4 and 7? When clients were saying “come on, you can’t say no to these smiles” would you kick them out and threaten to call security! Would you call the father entitled in front all the clients and frighten the boys? This was the scene at your shop in roylamount. Zero sense of judgment, very rude and plain ignorance.

I’ve been there twice with my husband and their strawberry gelato is hands down the best. Tried the raspberry cream cheese flavour and the Dubai chocolate flavour as well and was pleasantly surprised! The perfect little snack while shopping🛍️Definitely coming back for more!

I’ve been a regular client of Qwelli downtown. I can tell that the customer service here in Royalmount is even better thanks to the employee called Rodela. She’s so welcoming and helpful. She deserves a raise!

It was my first time here at Royal mount mall. It has really good hype and long queues because of its good taste and great quality. The price is little more but because of quality and variety the prices covers everything. The ice cream is available in cups,cones and shakes also available.Overall, it a great place to enjoy ice creams.
