Quality control required : Inconsistent cooking ! March 7, 2026 was the first time I tried Poulet Royale. I ordered a 6 piece tender and HOLY SMOKES I fell in love with their food. The tenders were soft, crispy and juicy! It was SOOOOOOOO good! Easily 10/10!! Since then, every single day, every hour, I was dreaming of eating their tenders. Today, March 11, I gave in. I had to order them again…. But this time it was a total disappointment, a turn off…. The chickens were hard and dry, and also less flavorful. Same goes for the fries. I got so turned off, I didn’t even finish my meal :( Would give it a 2/10. Definitely quality control needs some improvement.

If you do drive through, be ready to wait for 30+ minutes. No explanation, no apologies, but give you attitude and the worst piece of chicken. If you don't have people to support drive through, don't give the option. Worst take out experience ever.
