I stopped by Poulet Rouge on a Saturday in March 2026 for a quick bite with a friend. We were originally considering a typical burger spot, but since he had never tried this place before, I suggested it as a healthier alternative that wouldn’t leave us feeling heavy afterwards. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but service was efficient and moved quickly. I like the build-your-own bowl concept—it’s similar to Subway in that you choose your base and customize it with different ingredients and flavors. I ordered a small spicy chicken bowl to keep things light, adding lime sauce and pico de gallo. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the overall flavor was good. My friend, who was trying it for the first time, also enjoyed his meal. The atmosphere is more functional than anything else—very much like a cafeteria—but that’s not really why you go there. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something quick, fresh, and healthier than a typical burger-and-fries meal. Rating: 3.5/5

#everyone From paying to recieving my bowl...just a little over 2mins. -Courteous and fast service -You build your bowl with your choice of 4 flavoured/marinated grilled chicken, your base (salad/rice/cracked wheat/Quinoa) and/or 8 toppings... *Tender & juicy grilled chicken, fresh and healthy choices of toppings and an overall tasty bowl.. that will satisfy your hunger... definitely a must try..

I had never been to Poulet Rouge before and said so when I was at the counter, the staff took the time to explain to me how the selection of bowls works as well as what each flavor is and all the additions. (They even did this in English as my French isn't that good). They were very patient and friendly and the food was excellent. So much so, I went back for lunch two days later and they remembered me. It was a great introduction to something new. I'll be sure to go back again.
