Servers were so kind and jovial. I did a take out after a 6 hour flight delay. Remember to buy your food before security clearance. It’s very good quantity for the price. Good quality too. Lots of veggies and good sauce options as well.

Absolutely delicious!! The guys were amazing, very friendly, patient and kind. The place is nice as well, they have seating area. My best stop before catching my flight.

The food at Poké bowls was really good. I wish the chicken breast wasn’t frozen, but overall it was very acceptable. The lion cooks were incredibly good. I wish there was better customer service at the cashier, though. It’s a bit pricey, but I’m happy for this airport spot. I can’t give it a five-star rating, but I’ll give it a four-star.

During my visit, the behavior of the cash team lady was not nice or professional. She was not polite, did not smile, and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Most of the staff did not have visible name badges ,I also noticed issues with hygiene, which made me worry about the cleanliness and safety of the food. The team clearly needs more training in customer service, basic politeness, and hygiene standards. I got my refund done ✔️

Tbh, super impressed to find such excellent food quality in an airport. Well done. Service was quick & team behind the counter were efficient. By far the best food of its kind -- and almost any kind -- I've had in this environment.

It was my first time eating here and the staff was so friendly and kind and helped me make the most delicious bowl. The best part was definitely all the staff at the YUL airport. Thank you for the great experience :)
