This place is a fraud - at least when it comes to ordering for takeout. Accepted the order, did not cancel it, not worked on it for two hours, then did not even want to work on it at all. Avoid. P.S. The restaurant lied in their response, they were not "actively preparing" anything. They accepted the order shortly after 5pm. I had to cancel the order after 7pm because the 3rd driver Uber has sent to pick it up talked to the restaurant on my behalf and they told him that the order would not be done at all, as they were "working on the order made several days ago". There was no choice but to cancel as the restaurant was effectively closed for orders. And I did not need the today's order tomorrow. If you cannot provide the service, do not take the orders or cancel early. Have respect for your customers so they can change their plans if you fail. There is no insult in rejecting the order quickly enough. If you take the order, ship it in reasonable time and communicate if anything. Another restaurant nearby was able to do the similar order in about 30 minutes.
