Picked up order. Staff = bare minimal of helping get my order. Nothing outstanding…also my to-go sauce lid was not fastened, so sauce all over the bowls…. the poke bowls are worth the money for a fast food joint. Big portion and tasty. However the “karaage” is just deep fried chicken balls. Don’t expect real karaage!!! Overall experience = mediocre

I’m gluten intolerant and they are always very nice and understanding with all my changes lol.they also have gluten free soya sauce so I switch everything out

Very generous portions of delicious, well prepared food! Service is serviceable. Enough space to dine in, usually not very busy inside at all. Would absolutely recommend this location!

Im still giving 3 stars because maybe I made a wrong choice and instead of dynamite chicken I should've get dynamite shrimps, but honestly the chicken was not good. It’s supposed to be crispy on top of the chicken but the whole thing wasn’t well done. I have to mention that it was a lot of chicken which I appreciate, but too bad I didn’t eat because the chicken wasn’t good at all.

i ordered delivery. I got boba but they gave me boba without the balls and half of the drink is ice i cant believe i payed for something like this.last time i get from this place.
