I’ve never had issues with this restaurant before. Portions were always generous and the food quality was consistently good. Today, however, was a big disappointment. I ordered two “The General” to go. Normally, the to-go containers are so full that staff have to press down on the lid to close them. This time, the portions were noticeably smaller. The salad was sad and soggy, not fresh at all. What concerned me most was the timing. Orders usually take minimum 10-12 minutes and feel freshly made. This time, both orders were ready in just 4 minutes. I barely had time to warm up my car before getting the notification that the food was ready. Which makes me think it had been sitting there prior to me placi g the order. When I picked it up, the food wasn’t even warm. Cold soggy food, really disappointing experience compared to what I’m used to here. This is not the quality I’ve come to expect.
