I went to studio Entrepot and bought a jacket , today I just saw they the cashier didn't remove the electric tag and I have to go back to store with receipt to remove it for me, this is the first and last time I'm buying from this store, customer service is zero and they don't listen to customer and they don't care , disappointed
Stopped by the info desk on the second floor around 2pm to ask directions and the staff member walked me halfway there instead of just pointing, which says a lot about the place. The mix of boutiques feels curated rather than crammed in, and the marble floors and high ceilings near the Peel entrance give it a much calmer vibe than the usual mall chaos. Grabbed a coffee at one of the cafes on the lower level and just sat people watching for a bit, nobody rushing me out. Underground access to the metro is clutch too if you're dodging the weather, makes the whole stop feel effortless.

I like this shopping mall, it has all what I want . It’s very clean even bathroom are very clean.
Nice mall with a lot of options and banks within the complex.. ample amount of parking..It is not well maintained due to which there are a lot of confusion while entering the mall.
I mean, its a mall so lowkeniunly get to do a lot of stuff. Theres a best buy, an adonis, a huge canadian tire, a pet store. In general its good for shopping but as like a hangout place not really? Just bring money really. Also theres this like anime merchandise place. Forgot the name but really cool my friend got the quissential quintuplets figure... the orange one yeah... yotsuba or someting?? Anyways harikitte ikou
