Its not like it use to be im wondering what happen with all this stores.. close food court with less options a friday night at 6pm looks like a sunday night 4pm SAD

Place Vertu was once a nice Mall but many stores and restaurants have closed. Predictions are it will be made into condo Apts in the near future with a few stores remaining.

Very nice festive decor with decent traffic. However our day was turned down at the last moment of our visit. My 8 years old boy saw the little train running in the hall and followed it trying to find the station and take a ride, and was stopped by the conductor for safety. All is fine. However after we found the station, purchased tickets and then my son handed the ticket to the conductor, he said "no", because he "followed the train" . We finally faced the conductor after he let in all other passengers, my son was struck hard already and didn't want to hand him the ticket and didn't dare to step in even after he opened the door. He cried during the ride, and I knew his and our day was ruined. After the ride, I asked the conductor to explain to him nicely, but he gave a smile and ignored me. The complaint is not about a boy crying for being rejected. It is more about the arrogant attitude of an adult towards a young kid. Without any signs saying "Do not follow", do not scold a kid who follows.

A bad experience for my 8-year-old boy from the miniature train conductor. The conductor seemed to have an attitude towards my son. Saying harsh words to him, so instead of having a fun ride, my son was intimidated and almost crying throughout the ride. After the ride, I tried to talk to the conductor, but he seemed to be quite comfortable with that and just similing it off. Can not say it's a family friendly place, if such a conductor with an attitude is interacting children.
