Came to celebrate my birthday food was average and took too long to be served. Hostess no smile on her face looked like not interested in working. Waiters were chewing gum while taking order. The music was blasting loud. Bill was close to 600$ before tip which was not worth at all. My waiter was not even able to take a nice picture on my Iphone 17 pro max 🫩 see the attached picture on the review. I would rather go to the Rosemere location.

Service was absolute garbage. I wish i read the reviews before entering because this is seems to be a common theme. Waitress was normal at first but when we requested to get pasta without meat or cooking wine, the attitude switched. I ordered the margherita pizza (basically vegetarian) and the busboy brought us a different pizza saying “this has pork by the way”. and we informed him that it was the wrong order. They took it back and brought us back our pizza. It was delicious but the whole experience was soured after we waited $40 minutes for our truffle fries. we told two different staff and finally decided to cancel it. We informed our waitress, asked for the bill and she was NOT happy about it. Proceeded to wait for the bill for 20 minutes, until she came and told us that the machine wasn’t working. She started saying that it would need 10-15 minutes to restart, and if we had anything to do for that time. She offered for us to pay cash or e transfer. We told her we will just pay cash and she kept pushing for us to pay by e transfer. Finally, she combined our order, gave us the receipt. She left again 5 minutes, while we waited to pay. Then when she came, we handed her the money and walked away. She was bothered and stared at us intensely as we left. Absolute garbage.

Arrived on time for my 8:30 PM reservation and was seated right away, but I wasn’t offered water or a drink menu while waiting for my friend (who arrived at 8:45). Only got a quick hello from the server. Ordered two Moscow Mules that tasted like water and had to send them back. The replacements were slightly better. One plate was dirty and had to be sent back, but I never received a replacement and ended up sharing. Food was excellent (9/10), but service was extremely lacking. Servers only came by to drop things off—we had to call them over every time. I asked to have leftover pasta packed to go and never received it. We also repeatedly received still water instead of sparkling, despite having a San Pellegrino bottle on the table. Bill was $200–$240 and I regret tipping more than 15%. Great food, but some of the worst service I’ve experienced. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue.

We just came back from Sofia and all we have to say is the service was excellent, food was excellent. My husband and I shared salmon tartare, oysters and we each had a pizza. Portions were a good size and it was soooooo delicious. Yes, it was a Tuesday night and our reservation was at 5 pm so yes it was calm. Our waitress Elsy was #1 the whole time and the busboy Mateo was charming too. Around 7ish, more people came and service was still very good. We are definitely coming back. Oh and my negroni was fantastic! Highlight of the night: that mini bottle of Tabasco was so cute!!! We don’t understand the negative comments about the restaurant. It’s 2026, let’s not be a Karen or a Kevin anymore please! Yes it was a bit pricey but the quality of our meals matched what we paid for. If you find it too pricey, stay home and let others enjoy the restaurant. ✌🏼

I’m not one to leave reviews unless it’s amazing or horrible. This one is the latter. I celebrated my 30th birthday with family (6 total) and except for the atmosphere, everything was subpar. Maybe the service and kitchen were having an off day, but given the obvious occasion (there were ballons and cake on the table), I shouldn’t have noticed it. Especially as the one who’s being celebrated. From my glass of wine being forgotten to my mac n cheese being served cold (as you can tell from the stiffness of the sauce on the pasta, and yes – this is a mac n cheese), each misstep exacerbated my annoyance. Anyway, I dont recommend for special occasions

Food was ok, Service was okesh (had to ask for hot souce twice). So, it was not to the expected level for a fancy restaurant and factoring the high price. My biggest issue is the noise, it was so noisy, felt like in downtown bar. We went there for dinner on Friday at 7pm. Reservation is highly recommended.

Dont know why this restaurant gets ripped so bad but its really not that bad Fried calamari top Octopus was fine just nor big fan of the hummus underneath but was cooked decenrly Service was good Pizza was decent 7.5/10 if we compare to il foccolaio My veal scalopinni was very nice honestly Didnt try the pasta

So stupid I just called right now apparently I have to be over 21 to reserve a table as if it’s a strip club The person on the phone was extremely rude told me that I can reserve online no need to call I told him, sorry it was my first time going there and then askedI if I’m 21 and just when I was gonna answer him, that everyone is over 20 he was like “OK thank you” and shut the phone on my face , he was literally so rude I can’t believe it. I wish someone could know how rude his tone was and the way he talked.

Carlos was awesome, however it felt like.out waitress forgot about ua a number of times ..I guess regulars supersede new business .it wouldn't have been so.bad of I wasnt waiting for an extended amount of timw.to.look over amd see her doing shots. It was also very quiet that day so.slpw service on quite day that is why I gave the atmosphere low mark . If ot wasn't for Carlos greeting us I probably would habe gone back..but seasoned Management is important .
